Russian President Vladimir Putin and South African Cyril Ramaphosa agreed to strengthen relations between their two countries, the Kremlin announced Friday, after the United States accused Pretoria of secretly shipping weapons to Russia.
A Kremlin statement said after the meeting between the two presidents that “Putin and Ramaphosa expressed their intention to consolidate relations for the common interest in several areas.”
