- The traveler has the right to re-export the surplus confiscated by the customs authorities, and the foreigner has the right to recover it after returning to the airport to travel abroad again.
- When a citizen leaves the territory of the State, he is not allowed to take gold jewelry with him, except for personal use.
- Gold may not be issued if it is proved that it is intended for trade and not for personal use, and the citizen must undergo customs clearance as described above.
