Today, Friday, the Civil Protection Forces in Qena managed to control 3 fires that broke out in 3 livestock yards in the villages of Sous and Danfiq in the Naqada district, and the village of Al-Kalahin in the Qift district, south of Qena governorate.

The Civil Protection took control of a fire that broke out in a yard of cattle in the village of Danfiq in the Naqada center, and immediately the Civil Protection forces moved to the scene of the fire, and fire engines were dispatched, and it was found that the fire broke out in a yard of livestock behind a house, which resulted in damage to some agricultural waste, and it was brought under control. On the fire, a fire also broke out inside a yard of cattle in the village of Al-Kalahin in the center of Qift. Immediately, the Civil Protection forces in Qena, under the supervision of Brigadier General Hani Al-Atribi, Director of Civil Protection in Qena, moved to the scene of the fire. As a result, some agricultural waste and a number of palm trees were damaged, and the fire was brought under control.


The three fires were controlled and extinguished before they spread to neighboring areas, without loss of life. A report of the incident was issued, and the competent authorities were notified to take over the investigations.
