The Haram Prosecution indicated that the defendants were determined and intended to get rid of the guard or anyone who obstructed the implementation of what they planned to steal, and what the guard was entrusted with guarding at his workplace to preserve it, and they developed an elaborate plan to embezzle it, and thwart the resistance of those who intercept them by force, and take his life if necessary. They planned and hung their order on his resistance, so they headed with their gang to the victim’s workplace in the Haram Police Department, and clamored against him, so that the fourth accused held his breath with a piece of cloth and the second and third defendants handcuffed his limbs with the tools prepared for that to achieve their result by killing him, so they caused him the traces and injuries that claimed his life.
Robbery
And the decision of the Al-Haram Prosecution Office added that this felony was associated with another felony, as they stole movables belonging to the Alexandria Contracting Company, which is known to be preserved by a group of guards, by coercion against them, and they transported him in the car of the first accused to remove him from the possession of his owner, and then sold him to a fifth accused for sharing. In order to thwart the resistance of the victims, the company’s guards inserted a sleeping substance prepared by the second accused with food that was presented to them by the knowledge of the third accused.
To execute their will, and implement their plan, which had its effects on three of them, while the fourth of them tied him up, detained him, and tied his limbs with ropes, and the fifth finished him off and killed him, so they managed by this coercive means on the victims to thwart their resistance and flee with the stolen items.

Detective investigations
The investigations of the Haram Investigation Department, led by Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Essam and Major Mohamed Magdy, revealed that they had received news of the death of the guard through a communication from the workers of APIC Contracting Company, in which they decided that as soon as they went to their work, they heard the calls of one of the guards. The deceased is at the mercy of his master, handcuffed and legs, and by moving and conducting secret investigations, I found that the accused from the first to the fourth committed the incident, so they arrested them, as well as the arrest of the fifth accused, and by confronting them, they admitted to committing the incident.
