Ashraf Salouma, Director of the Directorate of Education in Giza, praised the smooth functioning of the sub-operations rooms in the educational departments and the discipline of work in them during the students’ performance of exams, by following up the departments’ operations rooms in the presence of Sumaya Al-Khatib, the deputy directorate.
The Director of the Directorate emphasized that there are no complaints regarding the examination process, and that the work is proceeding in full swing and characterized by seriousness and discipline in all educational departments.
He said that the students of the first secondary grade took their exam today in the foreign language subject, and the number of applicants in the morning period was 74,274 students, with an attendance rate of 99%. As for the evening period, the number of applicants was 3,642 students, with an attendance rate of 98.5%.
--He added that the students of the first preparatory class took their exam today in Algebra and Statistics. The number of applicants for the exam in the morning period was 190,176 students, with an attendance rate of 96%. As for the evening period, the number of applicants was 38,017 students, with an attendance rate of 98.5%.
He added that the sixth grade students took their exam today in mathematics, and the number of applicants for the exam in the morning period was 191,015 students, with an attendance rate of 97%, while the number of applicants for the evening period was 29,372 students, with an attendance rate of 95.5%.
The Director of the Directorate affirmed everyone’s commitment to the directives of Dr. Reda Hegazy, Minister of Education and Technical Education, and Major General Ahmed Rashid, Governor of Giza, regarding the regulations and rules governing the examination process.
And he stressed not to bring a mobile phone so that the student would not be exposed to canceling his exam in the interest of his interest, wishing all our male and female students success.
