Today, Saturday, the second circuit of the Kafr El-Sheikh Criminal Court unanimously decided to punish Naqqash and a housewife, with death by hanging, for accusing them of intentionally killing the husband, after obtaining the legal opinion of the Grand Mufti of the Republic.
The ruling was issued under the chairmanship of Counselor Sharif Muhammad Qura, President of the Court and the Chamber, and the membership of the counselors Muhammad Mustafa Selim, Ahmed Fathi Abdel-Motal, and the secretariat of Muhammad Abdel-Wahhab Abu Talib.
The events of Case No. 17240 of 2022 Misdemeanor of Kafr El-Sheikh Police Station, registered under No. 2897 of 2022 in Kafr El-Sheikh, are attributed to the establishment of “Alaa El-Din A”, 30 years old, Naqqash, and he resides in the village of Mit El-Debeh, affiliated to the Qulin Center, and “Naira.J”. 33 years old, a housewife, residing in the village of Al-Tawahniyah, affiliated to the Kafr El-Sheikh Center, on April 30, 2022, in the Kafr El-Sheikh Police Station Department, with regard to the first accused, who deliberately and premeditatedly killed the victim, “Hosni A..”
-As it became clear from the case papers, the first defendant had the intention and was determined to kill the victim, and for that he prepared a white weapon, the subject of the second accusation, by calling the victim, asking him to meet him to drive him to a destination he wanted, and wait for him at the place from which he was sure he was coming to him, and after meeting him, he lured him to a remote place Untrammeled, and as soon as he saw him alone, he stabbed him with a white weapon, which he prepared in advance, until he took his life, while he was charged with obtaining a white weapon without legal justification.
As it turned out, the second accused participated with the first accused in committing the crime subject of the first accusation by means of incitement, agreement, and assistance, by inciting him to kill him. Watching him and stabbing him with his white weapon without resistance, taking his life.
