Books – Ahmed Sami:
The security services of the Ministry of the Interior, in coordination with the Cairo Security Directorate, arrested members of a gang formation in Cairo whose criminal activity was specialized in committing car thefts using the “fake key” method.
The Al-Basateen Police Department in the Cairo Security Directorate was informed by (one of the persons) that he had discovered that his car had been stolen as soon as it was stopped in the department’s department, and no one was suspected of committing the incident.
By conducting investigations and through technical dealings, it was found that behind the commission of the incident (3 people “with criminal information” – residents of the Helwan Police Department).-
After legalizing the procedures, they were targeted and caught when they got into the car that was reported stolen, and another one with license plates for another car “not reported stolen” and in their possession (one cartridge – a quantity of heroin).-
Confronting them, they admitted that they formed a gang whose criminal activity specialized in stealing cars using the “artificial key” method. They also admitted to committing 4 other thefts in the same way, and their possession of firearms with the intent to defend their criminal activity and narcotic substances with the intent to use.
They were also instructed to seize 3 cars of their “bad faith” clients (one of whom has criminal information – two residents of the Helwan Police Department). Confronting them, they confessed to dismembering the parts of one of the seized cars and disposing of its parts by selling.. By summoning the victims, they recognized the cars, and accused them of theft.
Legal action has been taken.
