The Dispute Settlement Committee of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) issued a ruling regarding the complaint submitted by the Portuguese Jaime Pacheco, the current coach of Pyramids, against his former club, Zamalek, for not paying his dues after the termination of his contract in his second term with the white club.

Earlier, the lawyer of the Ghanaian player, Benjamin Achimpong, the former Zamalek striker, obtained a ruling in his favor from the International Football Association Dispute Resolution Chamber, stipulating that the player obtain an amount of 180,000 euros, equivalent to about 6 million Egyptian pounds.

According to the text of the document obtained by the player’s lawyer, Acheampong is entitled to obtain that amount with annual interest calculated from last December until the date of payment, in addition to the value of 90,000 euros in the form of a fine for the white club.

These administrative failures and penalties now threaten Zamalek with deprivation of registration for three periods in the transfer market in the event of failure to pay the amounts for which final rulings were issued by FIFA.
