The Syrian sports cadres continue to shine in international forums in various sports, the latest of which is winning the title of the historic top scorer for the continent of Asia for the Syrian football player Omar Al-Soma.
Al-Somah’s stardom forced him to embark on professional trips that spanned years, during which he toured many stadiums in the Asian continent, which witnessed one of the most famous scorers in the last decade.

-Al-Somah started his football career with Al-Fatwa Club, and graduated with him in all age groups, and in 2011 he moved to Al-Qadisiyah Al-Kuwaiti and achieved with him the league twice, the Emir’s Cup twice, the Crown Prince’s Cup twice, and the Super Cup twice, and in 2014 he moved to the Saudi League with Al-Ahly Jeddah Club to investigate with him Several titles, including the Crown Prince Cup, the League, the King’s Cup, the Super Cup, and the league’s top scorer title three times in a row, to become the historic scorer of the competition with 127 goals, and then he was loaned to the Qatari Al-Arabi club, and yesterday he won the Prince’s Cup title.
-It is noteworthy that Al-Somah was born in the city of Deir Ezzor on the twenty-eighth of March 1989, and he is married and has twins Abdullah and Muhammad, and he is considered one of the best players in the Asian continent, and he represented our national team in all age groups.
