After codifying the procedures, the accused was targeted and arrested, and by confronting him, he confessed to committing the incident and decided to have a relationship with the victim, and determined to kill her and steal her, and on the date of the incident and when she was in front of the door of her apartment, he assaulted her with a “hammer” on her head until she passed away and seized her belongings (laptop – Some of her belongings and clothes – 2 mobile phones).
-He added that he got rid of the body by dumping it in the area where it was found, and (the seized stolen goods) were also seized, and he decided to hand him over (the two mobile phones, and some of the victim’s belongings) to his mother (a housewife – a resident of the Aga Police Station in Dakahlia “in bad faith”), and it was seized in coordination With the Dakahlia Security Directorate and instructed about (the seized belongings) and added that they got rid of the two mobile phones by throwing them into a waterway.
Legal action has been taken.
