Examinations for the second semester of the preparatory certificate will start in Beheira, tomorrow, Sunday, in all centers of the governorate, which will continue until Saturday, May 20.
Youssef El-Deeb, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Beheira, emphasized commitment to ministerial decisions and rules to confront any attempts to cheat within examination committees, especially electronic cheating or leaking exam questions, as well as preventing the entry of mobile phones or any similar devices into examination committees at all.
-He added that a main operations room was formed in the general office of the Directorate of Education in Damanhour, in addition to the formation of similar sub-operations rooms in the various educational departments to follow up the regularity of exams, receive any complaints, and work to resolve them immediately.
-Youssef El-Deeb, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Beheira, stressed the need to review the equipment of the examination committees in terms of cleanliness and good ventilation, organizing the process of entry of students into the examination committees, and handing over the question and answer papers at the specified times, in order to create the appropriate atmosphere for students to perform the exams easily and smoothly.
Referring to coordination with the security services to secure all examination committees in different cities and villages, as well as ensuring the arrival of question papers on time. As well as coordination with local units to intensify cleaning operations outside the examination committees and to prevent the presence of street vendors in the vicinity of various schools.
It is noteworthy that the total number of students applying for the general preparatory certificate exams in Beheira is 115,220 male and female students, in addition to 4,545 male and female students of the vocational preparatory exams, who perform the exams within 700 committees within the scope of 18 educational departments at the governorate level, in addition to the number of 48 students of special education preparatory students who perform the exams within 4 committees.
