Investigators at the Cairo Security Directorate arrested members of a gang formation whose criminal activity is specialized in committing car thefts using the “artificial key” method.

A report to the Basateen Police Station was reported by a person who decided to discover that his car had been stolen as soon as it was stopped in the department’s department, and no one was suspected of committing the incident.

By conducting investigations and through technical dealings supervised by Brigadier General Wael Ghanem, Chief of Investigation in the South Cairo Sector, it was found that behind the commission of the incident were 3 persons “with criminal information” residing in the Helwan Police Department. Others were “not reported to have been stolen” and they had a cartridge and a quantity of heroin in their possession.
