Dr. Saad Al-Din Al-Hilali, a professor of comparative jurisprudence, confirmed that the human instinct is for the mother to play her role and the role of the father in the event of the loss of the father, and as for the grandfather, he must embrace his grandchildren and their mother, and this is the instinctive Sunnah.
This came during his participation in the Salon for the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians on the issues of the social axis in the national dialogue “guardianship of money and identity.”
Dr. Al-Hilali said that fathers and mothers, regardless of their religion, are responsible for taking into account the young, and the best interest of the children is what precedes, and the parents must be up to the responsibility, adding that we must know that jurisprudence is renewable, so we must train in jurisprudential change.
--He pointed out that the opinion of most imams is that guardianship is transferred to the mother directly, and they have a respectful logic, stressing that the principles of Islamic law are the innate principles that no one disagrees with on the ground level.
The professor of comparative jurisprudence recommended the need to adhere to the general principles of Islamic law.
The dialogue during the salon was moderated by Representative Nashwa Al-Sharif, a member of the House of Representatives representing the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians, and participated in the first session, Representative Ali Badr, Secretary of the Legislative Committee in the House of Representatives, Dr. And Iman Talaat, a member of the Coordination Committee, while Dr. Doria Sharaf El-Din, Chairman of the Culture and Information Committee in the House of Representatives, Ahmed Mubarak, a member of the Coordination of Parties and Politicians Youth, Mustafa Karim, a member of the Coordination of Parties and Politicians Youth for the Reform and Ennahda Party, and Major General Saif al-Islam Abdel Bari, head of the Party, participated in the second session.
