The cartoon of the seventh day, written by the artist Ahmed Khalaf, revived the second anniversary of the death of the king of comedy, Samir Ghanem, who passed away from our world on May 20, 2021, in a hospital after he was infected with the Corona virus, to check out the Egyptian cinema and drama, one of their most prominent features.

Samir Ghanem was born on January 15, 1937, and graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University. Despite that, he loved acting, which began with his meeting with George Sidhom and guest Ahmed, and together they formed the famous theater trio, a comedy singing group that became famous on stage through Presenting a group of comedy sketches, plays and films, then the band dissolved with the death of guest Ahmed in 1970.

Samir Ghanem participated in the starring of 150 films, the most famous of which are “30 Days in Prison”, “My Princess Love Me”, “The Girls Want What”, “We Are the Ambulance”, “The Three Crazy People”, “The Ultimate Joy”, “Cairo at Night”, “Love on Miami Beach”, “The Shahatin Strike”, “Agent 77”, and “Welcome, Captain”. Halal Children, and also starred on television, and presented 70 series, most notably “Captain Jouda, Welcome Fattuta, Mizu’s Story, Al-Kabir Oi, Nas Al-Maqloub, Gedo’s Legacy, A Very Honorable Man.”
