During the past hours, the security services of the Sohag Security Directorate were able to uncover the circumstances of what was reported to the Girga police station, south of the governorate, from a private hospital that received the corpse of a “livestock trader” residing in the center’s district, with a gunshot to the head.

It was found that behind the perpetration of the incident, the brother of the victim’s wife and 2 others, after they shot the victim and his son who was with him, while they were on their way to the livestock market in the same district.
The details of the incident are due to the fact that the security services in the Sohag Security Directorate received a notification stating that a person had been reported to the sheriff of the Gerga police station, that a person had been shot by a gunshot from Gerga and died upon his arrival at a private hospital in the same district.
By moving and examining it, it was revealed that the so-called (A.H.A.), 47 years old, a livestock trader residing in the village of Beit Al-Huraibi, in the Jirga Police Station district, was killed while he was on his way with his son to the livestock market at the facility’s center, and he was in possession of a large amount of money that he had prepared to buy livestock.
Intensifying investigations, it was found that the perpetrator of the incident was (M.A.A.) 31 years old, brother of the victim’s wife, and (M.A.J.) 34 years old, unemployed with criminal information, who resides in Al-Balina district, and (M.A.J.) W.T.A), 35 years old, has previous criminal information, resides in Al-Balina district – the husband of the sister of the victim’s wife.
After codifying the procedures and obtaining the permission of the competent investigation authorities, it was possible to arrest the first accused before attempting to escape, and to arrest the second and third accused, in coordination with the security services of the Giza Security Directorate, after they fled and hid in a house in the Giza Governorate Department.

Investigations and investigations revealed that the first accused – the brother of the victim’s wife – planned to commit the crime after knowing and knowing from his sister – the victim’s wife – that he possessed a large amount of money and went to the livestock market on the day the crime was committed to buy a number of livestock, so the accused resolved and planned to commit his crime to obtain the amount Mali, agreed with the second and third defendants to carry out and commit the crime.

The first defendant – the brother of the victim’s wife – stated that he learned from his sister that her husband had gone on the morning of the incident, accompanied by his son, to buy a head of cattle from the aforementioned cattle market, which prompted him to plan his crime in order to seize the sum of money.
The defendants also instructed about the automatic rifle used in the commission of the incident, a number of bullets of the same caliber, and a motorcycle without metal plates, which were seized.
By asking the son of the deceased – who was with him – he admitted that while he and his father were riding a microbus taxi on one of the roads in the center circle, heading to a cattle market located in the center circle of the facility, the defendants, riding a motorcycle, intercepted their way trying to stop the microbus and fired a bullet from a weapon they had in their possession, which led to the injury of his father. He died as a result.
The accused were kept in custody, the necessary minutes were released, and the competent investigation authorities were notified, who were tasked with quickly intensifying investigations into the incident.
