Although 19 years have passed since the killing of an unidentified person, inside a black bag, in a populated area in Al-Arda area in Al-Balqa Governorate, the investigation authorities opened the case file again and established the identity of the victim and the perpetrator, according to RT Arabia.
Investigations revealed the circumstances of the unknown crime committed in 2004, when the body of an unidentified person who had been killed was found inside a black bag in an uninhabited area in Al-Arda area in Al-Balqa Governorate.
-He confirmed that the investigation team reopened the investigation file in the case after obtaining new evidence and information that might lead to identifying the body and the killer.
-He also added that the information led the investigators to the name and identity of the dead man, and to ensure that biological examinations were conducted for those close to him at the Department of Laboratories and Forensic Evidence, which confirmed his identity.
He indicated that after that a number of people close to the victim and his friends were arrested, and after interrogating them, they reported that a friend of the victim had killed him inside his house north of the capital, after a dispute occurred between them, and that he had, with the help of another person, transported the body by his vehicle and dumped it in an uninhabited area. It was found that the killer resided outside the Kingdom and was circulated internationally.
He explained that the case papers were referred to the Public Prosecutor of the Grand Criminal Court, who initiated the investigation and decided to initiate the generalization procedures, bring the main accused, and arrest him for the last 15 days on charges of interference and incitement to murder.
