A source inside the Zamalek club revealed that the Tunisian Ferjani Sassi, the former midfielder of the team, and the current Qatari Al-Duhail, completely rejects the idea of returning to the White Castle again during the coming period, especially since the club’s management has contacted him in order to resolve the decision of his return.
The reason for Ferjani Sassi’s refusal to return to Zamalek
The source stressed, during his exclusive statements to Al-Watan Sport, that Ferjani Sassi revealed to those close to him that he would not return to Egypt, and that he wanted to continue his career with the Qatari team.
He pointed out that the Tunisian player is afraid to return to Zamalek due to the current crises and the departure of the board of directors, and therefore the club is administratively unstable, and he will face the unknown, as happened with him during the period in which he was present, as he refused to renew his contract for administrative matters and did not receive his dues regularly.
