He added to Al-Watan that the number of tourist arrivals to Egypt during the first third of this year is higher by more than 30% than those who visited Egypt during that period last year, indicating that if the rates of incoming tourist movement to Egypt follow the same approach during the coming months, then The number of tourists coming to Egypt during the current year may reach about 15 million.
Summer tourist season
The head of the Steering Committee of the Chamber of Hotel Establishments indicated that the current summer tourist season will witness an increase in incoming tourist traffic to Egypt compared to the same period last year, according to current and future reservations and rates of demand to visit Egypt, explaining that there is an increase in the number of tourists coming to Luxor and Aswan from all over the world.
