Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashemi, Director of the Office for the Coordination of Private Education Affairs in Ajman, revealed that the office will start working with the beginning of the next semester.
Al-Hashemi stated, when addressing the ceremony of the American Shula Private School in Ajman, on the occasion of obtaining institutional accreditation from the American (wask) organization, that the office is now in the stage of handing over and receiving from the Ministry of Education, to supervise private schools in the coming period, indicating that the mission of the office, which Its name may change later. It is the organization of private education.
He said that the institution will not stress schools, but will be more flexible through coordination with all educational parties, including parents and school administrations, in order to raise the quality of private education in the emirate, apply the best educational practices, and encourage the provision of distinguished services in the field of education.
--He added that the Foundation is in continuous cooperation, and will be close to private schools to discuss educational issues, including school fees and tuition, and will invite school administrations to sit with them in order to develop policies and set the Foundation’s work strategy, to exchange ideas and benefit from the long experience of the teaching staff.
Al-Hashemi praised the efforts made by the Al-Shula School administration to obtain the American accreditation, indicating that behind this great achievement is a great work carried out by the administrative and teaching staff.
For his part, Ibrahim Baraka, Director of Al Shoala Foundation for Education, confirmed that the school’s obtaining this institutional accreditation came as a result of the educational values and foundations on which the schools built their structures, and which contributed to maintaining their academic and educational level, to become among the most prestigious educational institutions in the UAE.
